Accounting Principals has a need for a Billing Specialist in the Atlanta area. This is a contract to hire opportunity within the manufacturing/ distribution industry. The Ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and open to growing with a growing company their industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing 200+ invoices daily
  • Balance billing on a monthly basis
  • Generate manual customer maintenance invoices
  • Manage credit billing and rebill
  • Resolution of invoice discrepancies

    •  

    Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 year of billing experience preferred
  • Proficient with Excel (v look up, pivot tables)
  • Excellent customer service skills are required

    • Employment Type:

  • Full-Time, Contract
  • $17-$20 hourly
