We are seeking a contract to hire Billing Specialist / Receptionist for a growing company on the east side of Indianapolis, IN. If you have a strong attention to detail and a natural drive to succeed then we want to meet with you. You will be responsible for sending bills out to customers, updating financial records, and addressing any issues that may arise along with maintaining the front desk. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be a part of an upbeat and hard-working team. Compensation is $17/hr.
Analyze and interpret contracts to determine proper invoicing requirements & formats
generate custom excel-based invoice templates and system generated invoices
Analyze and issue documentation as back-up that is to be submitted to the client with the invoice
Manage unbilled work in progress and project status billing process.
Answer inbound calls and reroute to the correct department
Additional administrative tasks as assigned
Prefer at least 2 years of billing experience
Prior administrative or receptionist experience, required
Must be an advanced Microsoft Excel user
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
