Billing Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of invoices
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Respond in a timely manner to billing inquiries
  • Prepare and provide support for unbilled revenue accruals
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure billing is complete and invoices are prepared accurately

Billing Specialist Job Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
