Accounting Principals is assisting a client with their need for a Billing & Customer Service Coordinator. This is an excellent contract to hire opportunity to join a growing team in an international organization. This role will be remote to start and will eventually return to the office in east Charlotte. Please read on for more details!

  • Generating and sending out invoices
  • Resolving billing issues
  • Creating POs
  • Dispatching
  • Scheduling
  •  

    What the Billing & Customer Service Coordinator will need to be considered:

  • Customer service experience  
  • Billing experience preferred
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Administrative skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Ability to work remotely and in the office
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Adaptability in an ever-changing, growing company
