Billing Coordinator

A Billing Coordinator role in Independence, Ohio is available through Accounting Principals. This is a direct hire opportunity looking for a professional candidate with 2+ years of experience in Billing and or Accounts Receivable. They must also be proficient in Microsoft Excel.   • Following up with clients to request payment for invoices outside of the payment terms
  • Process aging reports
  • Input and process payments and transactions
  • Organize billings and invoices
  • Maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries   
  • Prepare statements, invoices, and expenses to the GL account
  • Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in an Accounts Receivable position
  • Intermediate understanding of MS Excel
  • Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Employment Type: Direct hire 

    Work Hours: 40 hours per week 

    Compensation: $45K to $55K, depending on experience
