Billing Coordinator

Accounting Principals is looking for a Billing Coordinator (Non-Medical) for our client in Solon, Ohio.  This position will be responsible for coordinating billing activities to ensure timely and accurate billing and to maintain an accurate billing system. This position requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in either AR or Billing. This is a direct hire opportunity
 
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open jobs and closing those once billing is completed 
  • Process customer billings including charges for time and materials
  • Manage weekly hours from field technicians and assign to appropriate jobs
  • Ensure accuracy in all processing and record keeping
  • Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to work independently with little direction
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Very effective organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  •  
    Employment Type: Direct hire 

    Work Hours: 40 hours per week 

    Compensation: $45K to $55K, depending on experience
