One of our top clients is looking for a Billing Coordinator job in Durham, NC!
- Process batches of invoices on payroll deductions that contain twenty or more policyholders
- Correspond with policyholders, agents, or other representatives to ensure accurate and timely processing of premium payments
- Research old invoices for incorrect payments and reverse incorrect payments to correct the invoice
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills-including Macros
- Experience and knowledge of billing functions
