Accounting Principals is looking for a Billing Coordinator for a client of ours located right in Downtown Pittsburgh.  This is an opportunity to join an elite law firm with an exceptional benefits package and be a part of a team.  Ideal candidate will have prior billing experience and excellent communication skills.

Legal Billing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Billing clients monthly for services rendered
  • Proofing and revising invoices as needed
  • Set up electronic billing as needed and sending invoices to clients
  • Respond to inquiries and research expenses on accounts
  • Regularly communicate status of accounts and billings
  • Legal Billing Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Prior billing experience required
  • Legal or service industry billing experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Job Type:  Temporary to Hire

    Pay Rate:  $17 – 18/hr. (ability to increase upon going permanent based on performance)

    Job Location:  Currently 100% remote, in the future will be in office (Downtown Pittsburgh)

    Hours:  8 am to 5 pm (1-hour lunch)

    Onboarding:  background check will be completed before starting the position
