Our client is looking for a Billing Clerk to join their team in Hamilton, OH. This position will focus on creating custom invoices and assisting the Billing Department. This role will provide data entry and put together invoices. This position will also sort, file and set up customer accounts.
This position is a temp to perm opportunity and will pay between $15 and $18 per hour depending on experience.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly invoices
Manage employee or supplier inquiries/issues via telephone, e-mail or fax
Work closely with the sales department to resolve any issues
Reconciliation of vendor and check discrepancies
Perform general account analysis and reconciliations
Research and reconcile customer’s accounting issues in a timely manner
At least 1 year of recent Billing/Invoice experience
Ability to perform and succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
Strong communication skills
Intermediate Excel experience
