Accounting Principals is looking for a Billing Clerk who is immediately available for a 3-4 month temporary assignment for a manufacturing company in Corona, Ca.  In this role you will be working in a high-volume environment, creating invoices off sales orders, resolving discrepancies and assisting the billing department with other projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Auditing backup paperwork against Bill of Ladings
  • Following up with outstanding sales orders
  • Researching and resolving short shipments
  • Creating debit and credit memos
  • Data Entry
  • Scanning and filing
  • Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of Accounts Receivable/Billing experience
  • Bilingual Spanish (read, write, and speak)
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment
  • High school diploma required
  • Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Fast and accurate data entry, 10,000 keystrokes and above
  • Employment Type:  Full-Time, Temp

    Compensation:  $19 per hour

    Work Hours:  8:00 am – 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday
