We have partnered with one of our best clients in the downtown Columbus, OH area on a Bilingual Payroll Associate to add to their team. This is the perfect opportunity to transition into an office position using your customer service skills! This position will start remote (must be located in the Columbus, OH area) and has the potential to move into a newly built office late summer.
Answering heavy inbound calls with professionalism and friendliness (avg of 60 calls/day)
Answering questions related to payroll and HR
Working with Kronos
Must have availability Mon - Sat
Bilingual in Spanish required
2 years of customer service experience preferred
Call center experience preferred but not required
Adaptable and flexible in scheduling
Organized and great communication skill
$17.00 USD per hour
