Accounting Principals is working with one of largest clients on a Bilingual Payroll Associate position. This role will focus on answering call that may come in regarding payroll and HR and assisting appropriately. Someone that is comfortable on the phone will do well in this role (previous customer service experience is helpful). The department is open from 8-7 Monday through Friday and also have a rotating Saturday schedule. Employees will only be scheduled to work 40 hours a week but need to have some flexibility to work hours during the hours the department is open.
Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
At least 1 year of customer service experience on the phone
Strong communication skills
Eager to learn and use resources to find answers
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Bilingual in Spanish a huge plus
