Hi there!

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to add to our team in our Sacramento, CA headquarters!  We are a well established commerical landscaping companies focused primarily on corporate properties (consultation, design, implementation and maintenance).  In this role you will gain exposure to a variety of HR and Accounting functions and we would prefer our applicants to have at least some experience in a true office environment.  We're open to different experience levels, however.

The seat is open now (we are need help for at least 4 months while an admin is out) and we are looking to have the right candidates start training right away.  If you are driven, have a great 'student mentality', like working in a lively group, and are fluent in Spanish please apply right away!

Responsibilities for the Assistant role:

  • General Administrative duties 
  • Enroll employees onto health plans
  • Assist with employee daily recordkeeping
  • Assist handing out paychecks
  • Assist with workman comp reports
  • Maintain OSHA log
  • Assist with incident reports
  • Assist with Accounts Payables
  • Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant role:

  • High School degree or equivalent/ College degree preferred
  • At least one year in office administration 
  • Familiarity Microsoft Excel is a plus
