We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to add to our team in our Sacramento, CA headquarters! We are a well established commerical landscaping companies focused primarily on corporate properties (consultation, design, implementation and maintenance). In this role you will gain exposure to a variety of HR and Accounting functions and we would prefer our applicants to have at least some experience in a true office environment. We're open to different experience levels, however.
The seat is open now (we are need help for at least 4 months while an admin is out) and we are looking to have the right candidates start training right away. If you are driven, have a great 'student mentality', like working in a lively group, and are fluent in Spanish please apply right away!

General Administrative duties
Enroll employees onto health plans
Assist with employee daily recordkeeping
Assist handing out paychecks
Assist with workman comp reports
Maintain OSHA log
Assist with incident reports
Assist with Accounts Payables
Responsibilities for the Assistant role:
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant role:
High School degree or equivalent/ College degree preferred
At least one year in office administration
Familiarity Microsoft Excel is a plus
