Accounting Principals is looking for an experienced BILINGUAL CREDIT ANALYST to work for a manufacturing company located in Northwest Houston, Texas.  The perfect candidate for this position will be FULLY BILINGUAL (read, write, and speak fluently in English & Spanish), at least 3 years of previous credit analysis experience, and SAP software exposure.  The pay for this position is $57,000 to $63,000 annually depending on experience.

Position: Bilingual Credit Analyst

Pay Range: $57K to $63K DOE

Work Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities of Bilingual Credit Analyst:

  • Ability to work remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic (***Please Note: This position will resume ON-SITE once the company returns to the office. ***)
  • Accountability for the entire credit granting process (following credit policy guidelines of the company, reviewing credit of new & existing customers, minimizing debt risk, keeping accounts updated, etc.)
  • Asses & evaluate creditworthiness of old & new/prospective clients (including the analysis of credit histories, debt-to-credit ratios, financial transactions, etc.)
  • Handle the posting of cash/credit to various accounts (cross-check with AP invoices)
  • Run AR aging reports to assess credit holders’ risk & likelihood of payment agreements
  • Communicate frequently with clients/customers regarding accounts, payments, discrepancies, etc.
  • Support finance team with ad hoc requests
  • Other activities as assigned by supervisor
  • Skills/Qualifications of Bilingual Credit Analyst:

  • REQUIRED: Bilingual in English & Spanish (read, write, and speak fluently)
  • REQUIRED: 2+ year of credit analysis experience
  • PREFERRED: SAP software experience
  • PREFERRED: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance (or possibly another related field)
  • Strong attendance record and adherence to established start time
  • Excellent communication skills
