Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Member Services Representative with one or more years of experience to work at a well-established regional bank. This position places the candidate in an industrious work environment with lots of growth opportunity.

This role is a full time position that entails cash handling responsibilities, opening new and servicing new accounts, cross selling products and services that may best fit the client’s needs.   • Provide world class client care equally when handling requests and complaints
  • Assists with opening new accounts, products, services, and cross selling for clients
  • Proficient knowledge of proper completion, maintenance, and retention of legal documentation
  • Working knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and industry laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in all areas of cash handling including teller, safe, and ATM balancing
  • General Clerical needs such as filing, fielding phone calls, answering client’s general questions
  • Qualifications:

  • Background in cash handling roles
  • Three years previous banking operations and client services
  • Experience with opening products and services strongly desired
  • Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid collaborative mentality with fellow bank employees
  • Capability to plan and organize day while being adaptable to changing priorities
  • Critical thinking skills to be able to quickly solve and escalate client concerns
  • Salary:

  • $19-23/hr
  • Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm with 15 minute buffers before and after start and end time
