Accounting Principals has a temporary position open for a Loan Processor.  In this role you will assist in the auditing and funding of Auto and RV loans for the Indirect Lending program by providing clerical and administrative support needed to process new loans, open memberships and request necessary documentation to complete loan packages.  The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of related experience.  Pay is $22.00 per hour.  This is not a remote position

 

Responsibilities

  • Log Dealer Loan Images from email notifications received from CUDL to determine if they are a new loan packages or requested stipulations. 
  • Monitor log throughout the day and keep updated. 
  • Conduct quality control audits on all scanned and paper documents utilizing a LoansPQ checklist 
  • Send electronic stipulations throughout the day on missing documents.  
  • Open new accounts for non-members.  
  • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications/Skills

  • Must have at least 1-3 years of relevant or similar experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  •  

    Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary 3-4 months
    Employment Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
