Audit Specialist

Accounting Principals is partnering with a company in the financial services industry to search for accounting or finance professional for their team. You will be auditing important accounting and payroll information, so you need to have high attention to detail. Since you will be trained, as long as you have a bachelor’s degree and some previous professional work experience, you could be qualified. This position will be communicating and working with outside clients, so you need to have professional communication skills and be able to travel to other locations once it’s safe to travel again. If you enjoy creating professional relationships, a job where every day is different, and like to travel, this could be a great opportunity for you. This will be a temporary to hire role where you will need to go into their office for training in Seattle, WA. There will be a blend of remote and onsite work after you are trained. And there is opportunity to travel once or twice a month as well.

Main Tasks:

  • Auditing employee records and payroll information
  • Researching and resolving errors
  • Documenting and creating summary reports
  • Contract review and ensuring compliance
  • Communicate findings with management and clients
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s with some work experience
  • At least six months of professional office experience
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Able to navigate through different software systems with ease
  • Must be able to travel
