Accounting Principals has partnered with an Addisom, TX Marketing Research firm to hire a contract Accounts Receivable specailist paying up to $26/hour. 

Job Description:

The primary function of this Accounts Receivable Coordinator position includes the collection of past due accounts, accounts receivable maintenance and identifying and assisting in the resolution of billing disputes which impede timely collections of our outstanding A/R. Individual will be able to maintain a professional, courteous demeanor under stressful situations with a strong sense of teamwork; working closely with his/her peers to proactively communicate current and potential issues to Manager.


  • Past due collection activity, client contact and follow-up must be timely and consistent.
  • Record all client contact in system.
  • Efficiently respond to all client inquiries via telephone and email.
  • Recommend accounts for specific doubtful account reserve and 3rd party collections.
  • Develop and foster relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Work with Sales, Billing, and our Clients to facilitate the resolution of discrepancies caused by over, short, or non-payment of invoices.
  • Ensure timely application of billing adjustments related to invoicing inaccuracies.
  • Provide A/R audit support and perform account reconciliations as needed.
  • Must consistently meet deadlines and collection objectives.
  • Research and process customer refund requests.
  • Research and help resolve unapplied payments.
  • Skills And Attributes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, One Drive, and Teams. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of wholesale lockbox and virtual terminal credit card processing.
  • Dunn & Bradstreet experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of cash flow management and Quote-to-Cash cycle.
  • Strong Organization and Attention to Detail.
