Accounting Principals has partnered with a company who has had recent growth and is looking to add to their headcount due to the volume of work that has been coming in. This position is location in Houston (77042) and due to the recent pandemic, has allowed their employees to work from home for the foreseeable future. This position is looking for someone with mainly Billing experience, even though it will require other facets of AR. The system being used is Oracle PeopleSoft and Hyperion, in combination with MS Excel which will require someone’s competency for this to be at a higher level. The schedule for this role will be 8:30am-5pm with an hour break, which should allow for great work life balance.
Preparing invoices and submitting into customer portals
Maintaining all payment records
Review contracts and resolve for discrepancies
Provide customer level support by researching and responding to customer inquiries.
Create aging reports
Submit credit/debits to customers accounts
Month end close process
Associates degree or higher
3+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
Proficient with MS Excel (Pivot tables/v-lookups)
Ability to provide suitable work from home set up
