Collections Specialist Job Description:
Daily collection calls to resolve past due balances
Providing documents as requested from customers
Clerical & maintenance on accounts as required
Replying to credit references requests & sending out credit references on new credit applications
2+ years of business to business collections experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
