Accounting Principals is searching for an AR Accountant for a 6 month contract in Irving, Texas.

Must be able to pass an excel test

This position requires an experience in heavy billing/AR Collection. A detail-oriented individual will be working in the SAP and Excel on daily basis. Must be comfortable working as a leader for the small group of same tier personals. Must be comfortable working with tight schedule on daily basis.
Need to have analytic skill and mind set to review and reconcile intangible sales.
Must have General Accounting experience & intermediate to advance MS Excel (will be working with Pivot Charts and spreadsheets on daily basis)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review and Recognize Service Billing Requests for accuracy and completeness, and prepare customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with contractual obligations
  • Assist in the closing process for Service Revenue, and verify that all accrual and billing have been complete.
  • Review/prepare of weekly/monthly billing report to sales teams and managements.
  • Review credit block listing for Daily orders & follow up with manager/management team for decision of release.
  • Perform credit risk analysis on new and existing customers, and provide industry and company research.
  • Assess and recommend credit ratings, limits and credit enhancements as appropriate given NHA’s risk tolerance and credit policies.
  • Assist in providing support for the year-end audit.
  • Assist with ad-hoc accounting and financial projects as requested.

    Education, Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or related field (Required)
  • Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates professional and highly-developed communication skills. Ability to deal professionally and courteously with customer, inter-department.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute task
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles; excellent organizational ability and keen attention to detail
  • MS Excel Intermediate+ (VLOOKUP/pivot Table) a must. Experience with SAP preferred(major plus)
