Accounting Principals is seeking enthusiastic candidates for an appraisal operations position in Hopkins, MN! This role will serve as the primary point of contact between internal lines of business, clients and third-party realtors contracted by the company. This is a contract-to-hire role which is temporarily remote, but is expected to return to office in Hopkins pending corporate decision. Your primary responsibilities would be coordinating operations between the financial firm and 3rd-party realtors, taking charge of communications and troubleshooting order errors.
Full-time, M-F office hours. Pay is calculated hourly.

Assist with various operations relevant to the review and assessment of all types of property.
Serve as the primary point of contact between various internal lines of business and third-party realtors.
Take responsibility for meeting daily performance standards.
Review various orders, troubleshooting any problems present within them.
HS diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Great attention to detail and time management.
Excellent communication skills—this is a coordination-focused position!
Basic knowledge of appraisals or real estate preferred.
A background in the banking or mortgage industry is a huge plus.
