We are proactively sourcing for an upcoming need for AP Specialists with SAP experience. You should have at least two full years of AP experience utilizing SAP as the main accounting software system. As our ideal candidate, you will have also have great computer and communications skills.
- Post and record payments
- Investigate any discrepancies and find resolutions
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Reconcile AP data to the general ledger
- Assist with month-end close activities by generating financial statements and reports related to AP
- At least two full years of AP experience utilizing SAP as the main accounting software
- Associates Degree in Accounting, highly preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
