Accounts Payable Specialist  

Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Accounts Payable professional with 3 AP experience for a full-time job at a well-established company.   • High volume entry of payable invoices
  • Verifying accuracy of vendor invoices including POs
  • Researching and resolving discrepancies as needed
  • Monitoring vendor accounts to ensure that payments are up to date
  • Maintain strong internal controls and separation of duties, recommending best practices


  • BS/BA degree
  • BS in accounting preferred
  • Full cycle accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment (300+ weekly invoices)
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and handle high pressure situations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables and vlookups
  • Excellent communication skills working to resolve issues internally and externally with vendors


  • 3 years in progressive real estate accounting & A/P experience

Employment Type: Full time

Work Hours: 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
