Accounting Principals is seeking an AP Specialist to join our client in southwest Charlotte on a direct hire basis. This position will be in the office with the opportunity for flexibility down the road. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of AP experience.
Processing AP invoices
Processing payments via Wire, ACH and check runs
Expense reports via Concur
Administrative duties as needed
Required: At least 2 years of AP experience
Experience using QuickBooks and Excel are very helpful
Easy going personality and ability to be self-sufficient
