AP Specialist

We are hiring for an AP Specialist for a client in Matthews, NC. This client is a family-oriented company and looking for someone that will stay long-term with them!

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices
  • Coding and data entry
  • Obtaining approvals
  • Expense reports
  • Reconciliations
  • Assisting with payroll and journal entries
  • Additional duties as needed

    • Qualifications:

  • At least two years of accounts payable experience is required
  • Positive and easy-going attitude is a must
  • Construction industry experience is preferred
