Accounts Payable Lead

Accounting Principals is hiring for an Accounts Payable Lead in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Lead with a strong leadership and Ap background.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Invoice Processing
  • Regular reconciliation of vendor statements
  • Ensure W-9 files are complete and regularly maintained
  • Expense Reporting
  • Administrator for Concur Payables and Concur Expense
  • 1099 production

    • You are a good fit if:

  • Prior Accounts payable lead experience
  • 5 plus years of Accounts payable experience
  • Great communication and leadership skills
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles

    • This position will pay $50-$55k depending on resume and experience. Please apply today!
