Have you seen an AP Coordinator with 2-4 years of AP experience and advanced Excel skills? Accounting Principals has partnered with a client that currently has a full-time role for an AP Coordinator located in Southlake, TX. Bonus points if you have Microsoft Dynamics experience! This is a contract to hire opportunity and pays $20/hr – 22/hr depending on experience.




  • Review/audit expense reports
  • Assist with reimbursable expense trackers and reimbursable expense invoices
  • Process vendor invoices and check requests timely and accurately
  • Maintain vendor files; review W9s for proper 1099 classification and reporting
  • Prepare account, vendor, and other reconciliations as needed
  • Research vendor and employee inquiries and escalate when necessary
  • Administrative duties such as processing incoming/outgoing mail, ordering department supplies
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 2-4 years of accounts payable experience required
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills required (V-Lookup, Pivots, Sum/Ifs)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Good judgment and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
