Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk with 3-way matching experience for a full-time position in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role that will focus on accounts payable and other accounting functions.
This Accounts Payable Clerk position will code and process all invoices for payment plus verify and reconcile invoices so that vendors are paid in a timely manner. Ideal candidates will have experience performing 3-way matching and be versatile to handle other accounting functions such as accounts receivable when needed.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Accurate entry, coding and processing invoices
3-way matching of invoices
Communicate with vendors
Identify and resolve any discrepancies
Accounts Receivable
Qualifications include:
Background Accounts Payable with 3-way matching experience
3-5 years experience
Experience with Accounts Receivable
Experience using Sage 100 software
Skills:
Good understanding of accounting principles
Great analytical, reasoning and math skills
Excel skills including formulas, creating spreadsheets, and formatting
Strong ten-key
Able to communicate professionally both oral and written
Able to focus on details
Thrive in a team environment
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
Employment Type:
Full-time, Temp to Hire
Compensation:
$17-$18 Hourly
Work Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
