Accounting Principals is looking to fill a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk Job in North San Diego County. Qualified candidates will have, at minimum, one year of relevant AP experience. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, Word as well as Outlook required. This position will report to the AP manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AP CLERK JOB
• Import and code vendor invoices into accounting software
• Process employee expense reports
• File processed payments and invoices on a regular basis
• Assist in the preparation of year end 1099’s
• Obtain and verify approval of invoices prior to payment
• High School Diploma
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with ERP systems
