Accounting Principals is looking to hire a blended Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist for a manufacturing and distribution company in Tualatin, OR. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent Accounts Payable and Payroll experience, in addition to experience with ERP systems.
This is a direct hire position paying up to $52,000.00 annually.
Full cycle AP Processing
Create and send out annual 1099’s
Communicate with vendors to resolve any invoice related discrepancies
Process payroll for up to 100 employees and handle reporting and journal entries
To be a fit, you must have:
2+ years of recent experience working in Accounts Payable
2+ years of payroll experience
Proficiency with Excel, including a familiarity with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS
Experience with ERP systems
Employment Type: Full Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: 40,000.00 - $52,000.00
