Agency Compliance Specialist

 

We are currently recruiting for an Agency Compliance Specialist. This position is responsible for resolving the most escalated customer-initiated issues. We are looking for people with a keen passion for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, a desire to make an impact, and a commitment to their work.

 

This is a Temporary assignment lasting 3-6 months. Pay will range between $19 and $24 per hour depending on experience and education.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Accurate and comprehensive written analysis and responses to customer complaints that have been filed with a state or federal regulator within appropriate time frames.
  • Investigate and respond to written formal complaints for banks
  • Complaints have already gone through tier 3 of customer service
  • Investigation and document steps taken to fix issue within a timeframe
  • NO phones NO customer Service – ONLY responding to the regulatory complaints made not customers
  • Ensure all customer escalations are managed to exceptional standards
  • Advocate and be the voice of the customer
  • Share information and knowledge with other team members to recognize and reduce the number of incidents
  • Capture all pertinent customer contact information accurately and concisely
  •  

    Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of regulatory, compliance, legal, audit, risk management and other relevant experience.
  • Two years of experience with responding to written regulatory complaints
  • Escalation experience is a MUST have
  • Exceptional written skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management
  • Detail oriented and strong listening and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Intermediate knowledge/expertise with PC Hardware and software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
