Accounting Principals/Ajilon is recruiting for administrative/clerical staff to assist with an open position for a Mortgage Company in the Melville, NY area.
Start ASAP. This is a full time MOnday through Friday position. Excellent opportunity for someone available and ready to work NOW!
This role requires data entry, phone skills. Will be providing admin/clerical support to the Compliance Department.
Will be ensuring all forms are filled out signed and dated… Strong organizational skills and being customer focused.
Must be able to commit to this position.
· Ability to handle several priorities simultaneously
· Ability to work independently
· Excellent knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling; courteous and helpful telephone skills, ability to work well with others essential.
· Good organizational skills and attention to detail essential
· Good writing and communication skills
· Requires High School Diploma or GED equivalent
· Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
