Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Offic Manager for a full-time position at a well-established oil and gas service company in Oklahoma City, OK.  This is a contract-to-hire role that will focus primarily on administrative functions including Human Resources and general accounting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative projects
  • Day to day payroll entry
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • New hire onboarding, recruiting, compliance
  • Safety
  • Qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years administrative and Human Resource experience
  • Experience processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Kronos and MAS 90 experience preferred
  • Skills:

  • Above average skills in Office 365 including Word and Excel
  • Great analytical, reasoning and math skills
  • Strong ten-key (At least 7,000 keystrokes per hour)
  • Able to communicate professionally both oral and written
  • Understanding of basic accounting principals
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
  • Employment Type:

  • Full-time, Temp to Hire
  • Compensation:

  • $40,000-$45,000 annually
  • Work Hours:

  •  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
