Administrative Receptionist


Our client in northern Kentucky is looking to add an administrative professional to their team on a temp to hire basis. The primary duties will be handling general administrative tasks, greeting customers, answering phones and helping with some light accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of recent relevant experience along with excellent communications skills.


This position is temp to hire and will pay between $17 and $18 per hour.


Job Duties:

  • Provide professional and courteous administration of incoming calls and a welcome greeting to on-site visitors
  • Receive incoming faxes and forward to appropriate recipient
  • Coordinate deliveries and off-site office supply runs
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedule conference rooms
  • Organize, order, and maintain all office supplies and coffee/breakroom supplies
  • Restock supply room, breakroom, boardroom as well as various copiers/printers throughout the office
  • Assist Executive team with various duties as needed
  • Special administrative projects (NKIP meetings) as needed
  • Work with project managers to process customer billings into system monthly
  • Process subcontracts and purchase orders to vendors
  • Owner contract administration
  • Assist with other various other administrative and accounting tasks as needed


  • Proficient with Data entry and Microsoft Office Suite / 365
  • Strong communication skills
  • Associate degree preferred but not required with appropriate experience
  • 2+ years of administrative and light accounting experience
