We are working with an established non-profit company in the San Marco area of Jacksonville in search of an Administrative Assistant! This is a temp-to-perm position with a company that maintains a great culture and offers 100% coverage on medical benefits upon becoming a permanent employee!

Duties

  • Manage operations of student flow in the training building
  • Serve as POC for customer service for employees and students
  • Coordinate coverage and relief for testing proctors
  • Support instructors to prepare class materials for in-house training
  • Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a position focusing on administration, data entry, and customer service
  • Experience working in schools or education is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
  • Must possess high level of organization and multitasking skills
