Accounting Principals has a fantastic new opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in NE Albuquerque, NM. Our client is offering great benefits for this temp-to-hire position, with a starting pay of $15 an hour. The right candidate will offer unmatched customer service and prioritize client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Take phone calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and customers
  • Partner and offer support for other colleagues
  • Complete other daily administrative tasks
  •  

    Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative background
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Excel and Word
  • Maintain high levels of organization while multitasking
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
  •  

    Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

    Employment Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
