Accounting Principals is looking for a Administrative Assistant for an Automotive company. This position is ideal for someone who is starting out in the Administrative field and is looking for an opportunity to grow with a great company!

Job Duties:

  • Communicating with customers in-person, and by phone and email
  • Data entry and system filing
  • Creating mailing labels
  • Working with sending and receiving orders
  • Apply payments and handle daily deposits
  • Working with automotive titles
  • Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Up-beat personality
  • Willing to be a team-player
  • 1 year experience is preferred
  • This job is on-site in the New York Mills, MN area!

    Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm
