Happy New Year! Accounting Principals is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a CPA firm in Anaheim. This position pays between $40k - $50k per year depending on experience. Our client offers a great work environment and an opportunity to learn new skills in a professional setting. Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments in the calendar
  • Communicating with customers via email and phone calls
  • Working on multiple projects throughout the day
  • Data entry on select accounts
  • Review, sort, and file away client documents properly
  • Screening calls regularly
  • Assist in assembling tax packets when necessary
  • Process time and expense reports
  • Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to stay focused to meet deadlines in a fast pace environment
  • High communication between office staff and clients when necessary
  • Software: Outlook, Excel (basic skills), CCH Axcess (plus)
  • 5+ years of Administrative experience (preferred)
  • Hours

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8am - 5pm
  • Additional Saturdays will apply due to tax season
  • Pay Rate

  • $40K - $55K Annually
