Ajilon is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a Consulting Firm in Carmel, IN. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity starting ASAP.
What you'll be doing:
Answering calls from clients regarding questions about services
Clerical duties which include running reports, handling invoices, documentation management
What you'll need:
At least 2 years of administrative experience
Strong computer skills
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Must be a team player
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
