Ajilon is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a Consulting Firm in Carmel, IN. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity starting ASAP.

What you'll be doing:

  • Answering calls from clients regarding questions about services
  • Clerical duties which include running reports, handling invoices, documentation management
  • What you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Must be a team player 
  • Pay: $15-$18/HR

    Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
