Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements
  • Manage the company calendar   
  • Support payroll and benefits
  • Maintain office policies and health safety procedures
  • Prepare/Process expense reports
  • Provide support for special projects
  • General Administrative Support
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience, ideally in executive support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management Software
  • Strong organizational skills
