Accounting Principals has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant for a full-time Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a local non-profit organization in SW Albuquerque, NM.  In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for clients so a professional demeanor is a must.  Pay will start at $15/hour while on our payroll and increase once converted to a permanent employee, along with outstanding benefits!

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, and transfer or take messages accordingly
  • Field emails
  • Maintain office files and spreadsheets
  • Support other departments as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

    Skills/Qualifications

  • Prior administrative experience is required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability effective prioritize
  •  

    Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

    Employment Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm

    Compensation: $15/hour to start
