Accounting Principals has an immediately opening for an Administrative Assistant to work for a non-profit located in Downtown Albuquerque.  Pay will start at $15.00/hour for this temp-to-hire role.  Excellent benefits once permanent!



  • Answering and directing calls
  • Taking messages
  • General filling and scanning
  • Running reports
  • Assisting other departments as necessary
  • Ad-hoc projects
  • Other duties as assigned


  • At least three years in an administrative role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to juggle competing duties
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organizational skills

    Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

    Employment Hours: Full-Time, Monday Friday; some flexibility on hours – can start as early as 7am-8am and work until 4:30pm

    Compensation: $15/hour to start while on our payroll
