Accounting Principals is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide an intermediate level of support for various departments. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics. This is a temporary position that will start in mid-May and last through the end of the year, and is located in NE Albuquerque, NM. Pay will be dependent upon experience.
Assist with customer order placement, scheduling, and coordination
Coordinate and communicate with transportation carriers
Assist with monitoring inventory Analyze documents to resolve reported discrepancies
Ensure accuracy of contact information in database Ensure accuracy of invoices
At least three years in a support role
Experience with inventory/logistics required
Expereience in an industrial setting a strong plus!
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain relationships with both internal and external customers
Conflict resolution skills
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary-lasting through the end of the year
