Administrative Assistant Job in NE Albuquerque, NM
A successful company in the construction industry has partnered with Accounting Principals in their search for a full-time Administrative Assistant.  In this role you will coordinate communications between staff, customers and vendors.  If you are a motivated individual who works well in a fast-paced environment, this position may be a fit for you!  Pay for this opportunity will be between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour, based upon experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and route to appropriate party
- Maintain schedules and tracking boards
- Communicate schedule changes to appropriate parties
- Enter work orders and coordinate with Production Scheduler
- Support estimating department with inquiry calls, documentation and filing
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Other job duties as directed
Your Qualifications:
- At least three years of prior experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- A respectful attitude toward coworkers, vendors, and customers
- Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
