Accounting Principals is currently searching for a Payroll Specialist. We are looking to hire an individual on a contract-to-hire basis. If you are an individual with multi-state tax payroll experience than please continue reading.

Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist job includes:

  • Process weekly and biweekly payroll
  • Review deductions
  • Reconcile payroll accounts to the general ledger
  • Investigate and resolve all payroll discrepancies


  • Previous multi-state experience in Payroll
  • Available to work Monday to Friday
