Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks Job in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answering phone and greeting customer as they enter the office
• Filing and Scanning documents
• Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
• Entering invoices and customer information into QuickBooks
Qualification Requirements:
• 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience
• Associates Degree required
• Strong Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks
