  • Detailed coordination of schedules and travel plans
  • Ordering for in office and warehouse supplies
  • Speaking engagements and internal/external meetings
  • Working closely with VP to coordinate all office procedures
  • Ability to work independently to make sure all aspects of office duties run smoothly


  • BA/BS in business or accounting preferred
  • 2+ years aministrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
