Hello! Accounting Principals has a great client that is hiring for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Clerk position in the City of Industry. This position will be onsite and pays $18 an hour. Responsibilities

  • Collect credit information from clients either over the phone or through email
  • Verify account information and take credit card payments over the phone
  • Complete general ledger reconciliations when needed
  • Process collection and gather payments from overdue accounts
  • Monitor end of month nonproduction work orders
  • Data entry, scanning, and filing reports
  • Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-3 years of related experience or training in receivable and collections
  • Strong math skills and understanding of finances
  • 10-Key
  • Courteous and Professional demeanor with customers
  • Hours

  • Monday-Friday
  • 6 AM - 5 PM
  • Pay Rate

  • $18 Per Hour
  • Assignment Type

  • Temp to Hire
