Accounting Principals is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst who is FLUENT in Spanish for a full-time, direct hire position with a client in Richmond, VA. This position is in-office. 


  • Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers in order to secure timely payment for outstanding invoices 
  • Contact customers to collect payments 
  • Set up and maintain customer information 
  • Communicate with sales representatives and other groups to resolve issues relating to customer accounts 
  • Identify causes for nonpayment and communicate problems for corrective action to be taken 
  • Credit and financial analysis of new and existing customers for extension of credit 
  • Continuously work to improve A/R processes through technology or quality improvements 
  • Perform credit references for customers 
  • Release credit holds 
  • Prepare various accounts receivable reports 
  • Assist in month end close duties as requested 
  • Perform other miscellaneous projects and assignments as directed by management
  • Qualifications:

  • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent preferred.
  • Five to Seven years plus of A/R and corporate collections experience.
  • Must speak and write Spanish fluently 
  • General accounting knowledge 
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle 
  • MS Excel, Word and Outlook experience required 
  • Problem solver and ability to work both independently and collaboratively 
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills 
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to 10-Key 
  • Compensation: Up $50K/yr
